In 2015 and 2016, he was still confirmed as the “greatest living traveler on Earth<\/em>.” In 2021, NomadMania<\/a> gave him an award for his lifetime of travel. In 2023, his hometown paid tribute to him for his achievements. His first 18-year trip was just the beginning. His subsequent journeys show an inextinguishable passion for exploration.
