How to Submit a Notice<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>To report illegal content, please send a notice to:<\/p>\n\n<p>\ud83d\udce9 <strong><a>legal@luckybastards.co<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Your notice <strong>must<\/strong> include the following information (Art. 16 DSA):<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>URL<\/strong> of the content in question<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Description<\/strong> of why the content is illegal or harmful<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Legal basis<\/strong>, if known (optional but recommended)<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Your contact information<\/strong> (email required)<\/li>\n\n<li>A statement confirming that you submit the notice <strong>in good faith<\/strong> and that the information provided is <strong>accurate<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a0<\/h2>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. What Happens After a Notice Is Submitted<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Once your notice is received:<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lucky Bastards acknowledges receipt (if technically possible)<\/li>\n\n<li>Our moderation team will review your notice diligently and impartially<\/li>\n\n<li>If the content violates law or our Terms, we may:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Remove it<\/li>\n\n<li>Restrict access<\/li>\n\n<li>Disable the relevant account<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n<li>We may also request additional information if needed<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a0<\/h2>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Statement of Reasons<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>If action is taken on content you reported, you may request a <strong>statement of reasons<\/strong>, explaining:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>What decision was made<\/li>\n\n<li>On which basis (law or Terms)<\/li>\n\n<li>How the decision was applied<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>This is required by Art. 17 DSA.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>You may also request a statement of reasons if <strong>your own content<\/strong> has been removed or restricted.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a0<\/h2>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4.
