Born and raised in Paris, I have always been attracted by the unknown and curious about the world.
When I was in high school, my mum offered me the book ‘The earth is only one country’ (‘La terre n’est qu’un seul pays’) from André Brugiroux, who is considered as the greatest living traveler on earth. This book and André’s crazy adventures were the catalyst for my decision that one day I would set off to discover the world. That’s what I did a few years later, when I left my job and my life in Paris to explore the world for 18 months. This solo trip allowed me to discover more about myself, and was marked by some incredible encounters and crazy stories, which I tell here. It’s these stories, but above all the pleasure felt by those who listen to them and those who tell theirs, that inspired me to create this community where travelers from all over the world can share their most unusual travel tales.
